Yeah, me too. Although if Mahler had done any string quartets;  but no, wait, the players wouldn't have got through without falling out. :D

Substitute one of the strings for a piano, they just might to withstand the pull of gravity.

Although I am reading Forsyth's entry on the violin with a view to writing some quartets :)

I'd rather easily go for the orchestra. I do still love to listen to, and indeed play chamber music though. :)
