Just been enjoying this thread again, so I thought I'd post this pic.

I won three Kodak Gold Awards in this years competition [one Gold and two Silver medals].

There will be an article and this pic in the newspaper next Tuesday. Nice free advert  ;)

Chris - congrats on the awards!  Pics look great -  :D   Dave

Thanks Dave  :)

Wow - that's exactly where my Cousin got married.

Dalhousie Castle is very, very popular for weddings. We only went for our honeymoon, but at least seven couples were married there that week. We'd like to go back for a couple of nights on our fifth wedding anniversary. :)

Interestingly, we married in the year that an artist we both greatly admire - singer/songwriter, Tori Amos - released her album, 'The Beekeeper'. The final track, titled 'Toast', references Dalhousie Castle ... so presumably, Tori visited there at some point.

Why? Am I unconsciously giving you the "I know you're a foreigner" stare?

sidoze

LOL! You just look cold mate. I have a large family who live near Ft Lauderdale and all I hear about is hot-this, hot-that, and temperatures above 100  ;D

Lately we've had nice weather, temperatures around the 50s most of the time. There was a brisk wind that day.  ;D

What do I look like?  Imagine Brad Pitt, but older and more distinguished.  That's sure not me!

Are you sure? I think you look quite miserable...Do you eat enough, sleep enough? I hope you don't have to sleep on the street!

Good luck! I can send you some warm vests, long johns...if necessary. ;D

An anxious European!

In the US poor people are morbidly obese, only rich people are skinny.

And how am I to interpret this photo? Poor or rich? Dead or alive?

There's a lot of work for the Red Cross in the USA!  ;D

If only Mother Theresa was still alive....

He has rather womanly breasts.
I hadn't noticed that.
Fortunately they were not among the traits I inherited.  ;D
