Help Identify Piano Piece?

Greeting everyone,
So I recently heard a piano piece on YouTube and I need help identifying it. It would mean a lot to me so thank you for those who help! It plays in this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3A0xQ4IUEgQ video and starts around 2:08 and ends at 3:00. Thanks in advance for helping. I also attached a rough interpretation of what it sounded like because the quality is low in the video. I think it may be Russian, maybe by Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, or other Russian Composers, but I'm not 100% sure.
