Is this a good description for a new discussion topic?

Will post mine asap. :D

Henk

It should be placed under "great recordings and reviews". Can one of the moderators do this?

Henk

..ince will come.

Boring. 8) ;) Listened to RELAXIN' with the Miles Davis Quintet this afternoon. Great stuff.

Making Karl happy I think. Karl, what´s your top 20?

Henk

1. Dizzy Gillespie - At Newport
2. ...
3. ...
..
19. ..
20. Jim Black's AlasNoAxis - Dogs of Great Indifference. Because of track 1 especially. My mom liked it.

This is so annoying. Herbie Hancock should be in somewhere as well as Thelonious Monk, and Fela Kuti. And of course Brad Mehldau, Branford Marsalis, Christian Scott and Marcus Miller.

One day these names are gonna change, except for Jim and Brad.

Henk

Can hardly come over that wink, snyprr. What do you like about Berlioz?

Henk

Oh ya, and probably except for "Marsalis".

Henk

2. J.J. Johnson - The Eminent Vol. 1,2.

Somewhere in top 10: Dave Douglas Quintet - DDQLATJS
