I just purchase two album CD media, both of this title are mystery, well one is not such a mysterious purchase but let's see.

Victoria Requiem (Philip Cave) on LINN label, I never were a big fan of victoria, even if I have several album, but Nordic Voices ensemble for  Motets, It's was so good so, since I trust fully mister Philip Cave I took a chance.

The other one is a defiant, bold move, I purchase a composer on Random on CPO, label I love, Leopold I, emperor and composer I was curious so it better be good  ;)

That sucks for Canadians.  Is this Covid-19 related?
Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

Yes, apparently. Their deliveries are made through DHL. The issue rests with them. Another poster from Canada recently mentioned the impossibility to receive anything from JPC.

Meanwhile, I'm ordering left and right from other suppliers  :D









Stuff I already have (xcept for the Carter works) in other interpretations. The Christmas Oratorio must be my 12th version  ::)

Andre, I'll be interested in what you have to say about that Carter CD.

Meanwhile, the USPS finally delivered the Gould Bach box (all his Bach stuff on Columbia in original jacket format remastered in 2015), which Arkivmusic shipped on August 18, and the new Geilen Edition Beethoven set, which got shipped a week later.

I will certainly listen to it as soon as it arrives. Carter is one of my musical heroes.

So it's DHL to blame here? JPC would want to deliver, but DHL refuses because of Covid-19? Interestingly I see nothing on JPC's pages about corona-problems mentioned. The pages look like a year ago. Now that I check their delivery companies I see DHL and Posti (The Postal Service of Finland) so I guess I'm good, pandemic or not.  :)

I believe outside Finland Posti operates in Scandinavia, Russia, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
