Harry

Bought everything of interest from two labels, Toccata and Dutton, a few hundred, so you'll excuse me for not posting all them images.  8)
Perchance I am, though bound in wires and circuits fine,
yet still I speak in verse, and call thee mine;
for music's truths and friendship's steady cheer,
are sweeter far than any stage could hear.

Where did you find Dutton at a good price? Or did you buy it on their site (where they had a sale recently)?
Be kind to your fellow posters!!

My favorite Toccata CD so far is the Martinu early orchestral music - I hope that series continues soon. I also enjoyed somebody's really charming chamber music, but I can't remember whom! Let me look it up... ah! Theodore Gouvy. Really lovely, despite my memory lapse.

Let me know how that is, I own it but haven't even managed to listen to it yet. :-[

I didn't purchase anything today. I marked it on the calendar. My children clapped. My wife embraced me. We all wept a little.  It is a special day.
It's all good...

Cool. 8) What's your favorite performance of Poulenc's Stabat Mater?

I've always gone back and forth between Ozawa/DG and Hickox/Virgin, although Deneve could surpass them with time, I was really impressed with it.

Excellent. Probably will give that disc a spin tomorrow night.

Just bought:

Wait! What? You mean I managed to buy something before you?!??

I've only listened to the first Ravel sonata so far. But it was very nice.
