Possible, but my brain keeps pushing Stephen Collins's name at me.

Cut him some slack.  He's in is mid-forties.  The difference between 40 and 45 is scarily large!

I just went looking and found that.  Somehow I thought he was ten years younger than tha.  And somehow I thought he was blonde but he isn't.

Must be bioutiful, no doubt. But how many Bach integrals does one need ? My last one is Chapuis', and I sincerely hope it will be the last.  :P

I like this album -- especially the Missa fors Seulement. A very dark piece. Much more so than the Requiem or the Missa Prolationum.
Beethoven's Op. 133 -- A fugue so bad that even Beethoven himself called it "Grosse".

One more than one has.

This is likewise the answer to many similar questions.

Well, I do seem to suffer from CDEWCD - compulsive dissociative ex wife collecting disease.

Duty. Decided I needed new version of this music

I now have about 160 discs on order, so I need to stop, and turn myself in to the CDCDCD police.

I hope this doesn't mean that you've never heard Kocsis play the Sz. 80 Sonata before...

I did some comparative listening on YT when I was learning this piece a couple of years ago and I don't remember enjoying anyone nearly as much as Kocsis.

Will do! Looking forward to listening - wasn't quite convinced by "Alleluia" initially (she needs to train the pronounciation of consonants!), but I fell in love with the bell-like clarity of her voice nevertheless. The recent Pergolesi disc pairing her with Jaroussky is magic (and conductor Diego Fasolis promises another disc with more in the booklet!) ... so I knew I'd eventually have to get the Rossini disc. I don't have many Rossini aria discs yet anyway, Callas, Joyce DiDonate - I think that's it ... guess Bartoli might be worth a try?

Despite the duplications (lots of them), this was a must for me!

Is it true that, despite the "complete" claim, there are two missing Ravel works?

Anyway, it has become my rule of recent years to ignore box sets of which I already own at least 10 CDs worth. And, since this one follows the "original covers" philosophy, with the corresponding shorter running times per CD, I suspect that I own considerably more than 10 of those CDs...

Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
