Please help me identiy this piece and its composer.

Hey guys. Many years ago a friend of mine was playing this piece for his high school music class exam. He had put the piece onto Finale software so he could transpose it to adjust for his accompaniment. He had sent me this file, which I had also played around with.

I can't remember the name of the piece.. I keep wanting to think "Concert Piece for Trumpet." Whenever I search that piece title, I find a bunch of different ones - but none of which are the one I am looking for. If anyone could identify this piece and its composer for me using this old finale midi file, I would appreciate it. Said midi file uses an organ, and is in a different key than the original.
