Although it's quite derivative of Tchaikovsky, Borodin and Rimsky, I really enjoy Stravinsky's Symphony in E-flat, which is a very fine work although no masterpiece. Dorati's recording is the one to get:

Avoid Pletnev's uninspired, emotionally detached recording on DG. Pletnev is a conductor I'm not that impressed with anyway. He defeats the purpose of Russian music, which is to express great outpourings of emotion.

BTW good to see Bartok winning, but not by too large a margin. :)
