AGP69 features the Italian sextet of multi-instrumentalists, Gruppe Nuova Consonanza, in recordings from the late 1960s, from an album in the Deutsche Grammophon Avant Garde series (137 007). The installment also includes two selections of German free jazz from the sixties, transcribed from volume 6 of the monumental collection Deutscher Musikrat--Zeitgenossische Musik in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (Bestellnummer DMR 1016-18).

Glad you like it, Maciek! BTW, I see you've dropped Rosa from your screen name but kept her in your avatar.

I forgot to mention that this installment got bumped up from September because I had a couple of requests for the GNC.

It got me confused when people addressed me as MrOsa - I didn't know who they were talking to. ;D

If you want to take on an alter-ego combining both of your names in toto, you could go with Mocasarkie or Semaroicka. Or if you want to go with a Kenyan sound, I like Sir Emoacka.

BTW, love the photo--she shows at an early age the poetic intellect at the heart of the Polish character.

LOL. ;D Have you been reading the Little-known Polish composers before 1945 thread?

I thought you were being nice and ironic at the same time. 0:)

Thank you in any case. (On behalf of my daughter but also our great and humble nation. ;D)
