Harry, let me know what you think of that Onslow Symphony disc.

I have the Spohr and it's good. I also have the Hoffman and it's uneven.

Did you really have to stoop and buy Ditersdorf?  ;D

Harry

For today I think that is enough, wouldn't you think. In the next few days I will post another batch, and so on.................... ;D
Thank you all for the patience!
I am exhausted!

What is wrong with Dittersdorf my friend, I quite enjoy the fellow! :)

Well I opened a box, which was standing in my music room, and I thought lets tell them what was in it.
It seems that CPO has still a lot of things I wanted. The first batch from the 800 different labels or so.
Enjoy.

I believe average CDs weight over 100 g. This means a box containing 800 CDs weights about 100 kg!  :o

One normal "jewel box" takes a space of 0.0002 squaremeters. 800 CDs need 0.155 squaremeters (155 litres). Big box! (e.g. 50 cm x 57 cm x 55 cm).

The Schelle & Dittersdorf discs look interesting.  ;)
Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

Oh, 8 boxes with 52 CDs in each + 8 boxes with 48 in each?

Together those boxes take almost 200 litres of space in your room...

Yes about right, almost!
They take space yes, a lot of it.
But since I have new neighbours, renovating, it is impossible to listen on the primary system, so its oke for now, for the boxes to take the space. :)

You have already beaten the combined purchases of us others...

How much did these 800 CDs cost? 6000-7000 euros?
