Dittersdorf wrote 110 symphonies (more than Haydn!). Only a few of them have been recorded (less than 20?).

For everyone else: this thread was created on the old GMG and gave Harry a convenient place to post his many, many purchases. It was a success there and gave those who wished to keep track of Harry's purchases a separate place to go check them out. Those who did not wish to follow his purchases could simply choose to not check this thread out. Since many of his shopping days result in pages of purchases, this was a logical way to keep his purchases from steamrolling over others who were buying only a disc or two. I thought it was a good idea then and I still think that its a good idea now.

We had over a page of discussion that had nothing to do with Harry's purchases. Since that is the purpose and topic of this thread, I decided to lock it.
