Fleurs, what a great series. I can't even pick a favorite, they're all so good.

Thank you very much indeed!

Quote from: Baklavaboy on June 09, 2014, 04:48:17 AMWell, I've got 109K on my harddrive, and I delete most of what I shoot
   Thanks :)
I suppose this is related to the problem I usually have with street photography in general - being a lot more selective would probably help.

This is just some random photo from someone using a camera similar to Al's, or am I missing something?

Oh, OK. It's all fine and dandy to post that kind of thing here too, I'm sure. :)
Cool picture, too.

Apple blossoms this time, I hope Karl doesn't have a problem with them ;) (as usually, click to see larger, and against black background)

I edited this a bit (sharpening, dodge & burn), and I think it's quite a bit stronger now. :)

Beautiful. (I cannot say I've done a close comparison, mind you.)

Thanks! (too late for that, as I didn't leave the unfinished version there :P)

Funny how flickr claims I took this photograph 9 minutes ago. I should have worked quite hastily if that was the case...

Nice revision. Don't you love the digital darkroom?  8)

Not more than Ansel loved the chemical darkroom.. I'd certainly like to get much, much better at using these programs (and getting Photoshop would be nice - liked the trial version alright, but I didn't get to scratch the surface of what one can do with it) (I've done some darkroom stuff with silver nitrate, but it had nothing to do with photography.)

Really nice composition!

Thanks. I think the colors work well together, too: the bright turquoise against the more subdued surroundings.
