Not as good as yours, but trying out new lens. I sold one and bought a better one for just a bit more money.

"This photograph also appears in Black and White Portrait Photo's [sic]"
Somehow I don't think it quite fits there.  8)
The colours, sharpness & DOF certainly look impressive.

Whoops. That was careless. I don't see how to take it out, now. Hopefully the mod will remove it.

There are the three dots below the image on the right, on that menu there's add/remove from group.

Thanks. Actually, I found another way as well (an X appears when you hover over the groups list).

That doesn't work for me. But then again, apart from uploading, I use the old Opera, and the old Flickrr interface (which is so much better than the new one). :)

View from the office this morning:

Karl, aren't  you a professional clarinetist? Why do you get an office view like that? I'm jealous.

Karlo, that first picture isn't working so well for me. Having the dark top and light bottom doesn't seem so stable, and the branch/needle cluster that seems to be the main focus is too much obscured by the dark behind it.  And while I'm picking on it, the bokeh of the pine needles in the lower half is a bit scratchy, or "nervous".
Hmmm. It's more fun (and easier) just "liking" everything.
No complaints on the second picture...

All valid criticism, and things I should have noticed myself before considering posting. But one tends to forget about letting the photos sit for a while and looking at them more critically.  :-X

And I looked at it thinking the visual composition was perfect, and impressed me far more than the b/w photo.
