Here ia another one that I took on the street....





The guitarist was giving a good show and I wanted to try to convey the atmosphere so I chose a slow shutter speed with the mic. stand and the wall as my fixed points. I am not really happy with it to be honest; I don't know why exactly.

If the model was even fractionally more to the right she'd run the risk of being more secondary as the subject. Conversely, if she was to the left you'd be dealing with an uninteresting intrusion to the frame. But you've avoided both those issues. Good work.
Ah, and 'mentioned in dispatches' - both the location and exposure of what appears to be a leaf bottom left of the frame. Oh yeah.

Thank you, both. I tried various crops and this was the most pleasing. And yes, that's a leaf. It has neighbors in the original image but part of the rationale for the crop was to highlight this lone example.
