It is, in all of the photos I've posted here (apart from some older ones where it should be obvious, e.g. the Hagia Sophia). Sadly the temperature has gone up after these, and it's dark and murky again.

The dark and murky part is what I worry about. He has more than a touch of it in his character. So maybe the country is a good match.

Oh yes, sounds like a good match.  Except that Finland is the 7th happiest country in the world. But don't worry, you'd never know it.
