ALERT: CDs Done Gone Missing from Amazon! (Chandos)

I was just going through the Gerhard and Schnittke at Amazon, and had to go back a few times before I realized that a few Chandos CDs had actually vanished from the 'q'. Missing were the Gerhard/Chandos disc with the Harpsichord Concerto, and the Schnittke/Chandos disc with Symphony 6/Concerto Grosso No.2. Now they are only available as an MP3.

So, what, you're not even allowed to list your own Used copy on Amazon any more? I don't know if I've noticed this with any other label. What's going on here- they should still keep a listing, shouldn't they?

Anyway, I had a Dorian Haydn CD in my cart last week (in stock with one available when I put it there) but it disappeared a few days later. I assume their one copy sold before I decided to hit the buy button. That CD is now listed as MP3 only.

I think he wanted to sell his copy via amazon marketplace, which you can only do if they list the CD, as you sell from that page.

Uh, you people!! "Why do you not understand these words I say?"

I'm saying that Amazon has a filter, and I like to hit the "CDs only" button,... (and they also have an MP3 section, and LPs, and Cassettes<...)...

And... if a CD had no New copies, and no Used copies, they would still leave that listing up. In the Schnittke and Gerhard examples, there are plenty of "Dead Listings" just sitting there at the END of the Compoer's 'q'. BUT THEY NEVER ACTUALLY DELETE THE LISTING. OR, if there are 2-3 listings of the same, ONE WILL ALWAYS BE LEFT

IN THE CD SECTION (I don't waaant it in the MP3 section, I waaant it in the CD section- how can a seller sell a copy if there is no listing? must an old, deleted listing be rewritten... I mean... it's madness...ah ahhh.... AAAHHHH!!!)

No, I don't have a CD to sell there, but shouldn't there be an empty listing just in case any said CD becomes available for a Used sale?

YES, BOTH CDs I used as an example are NOW in the MP3 section, but their listing in the "CD" section has vanished. Why? A seller might get a copy of that CD and wish to sell it. Must that seller then go about resurrecting that now Deleted listing?

I want to buy a Used copy of said CD, but it is no longer even listed in the "CD" section, and they NEVER just delete a listing, leaving NO TRACE that that item ever even existed. But, now they do. I have only found this on Chandos, so, I don't know what the full scope of this... konchspiraczy is.
