I laughed so much my sides ached.  FTFY = Fit After Fifty?  Sadly not, anyway, thanks a lot EigenUser and Ken, I've started to look at things in terms of their component parts.  (This is a very French thing to do).  It took me a while to decide which moment of Orff's Berceuse I like the best.  But I think it's the Wwwind bit at the end.
