______ is certainly a masterpiece, but I am not sure I like it (or, I am sure I do not like it)

I'll make a start:

Tristan und Isolde is certainly a masterpiece, but I am not sure I like it

The Execution of Stepan Razin is certainly a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal

Tchaikovsky's D Major String Quartet is probably a masterpiece, but I like it a great deal

My selection:
Shostakovich's Symphony No. 5 is certainly a masterpiece, but I am not sure I like it.

Music for Strings, Percussion, and Celesta is certainly a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal.

Clocks and Clouds is probably or certainly not a masterpiece, but I like it a great deal.
Beethoven's Op. 133 -- A fugue so bad that even Beethoven himself called it "Grosse".

The Ring Cycle is certainly a masterpiece, but I am sure I do not like it.

Mahler's Symphony No. 6  is certainly a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal.

"Mr. Moonlight" by the Beatles is believed by most not to be a masterpiece, but I like it a great deal, just as I do Beatles for Sale or Beatles '65. (I couldn't think of any classical non-masterpieces.)

Stravinsky's Rite of Spring is certainly a masterpiece, but I am sure I do not like it.

Mozart's the Marriage of Figaro is certainly a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal.

I would argue that Clocks & Clouds is a masterpiece

to the OP,

Rite of Spring is a Masterpiece and I love it,

Apollon musagète is considered one but I think its a bore

Movements for Piano and Orchestra is generally not considered one, but should be

Missa Solemnis is certainly a masterpiece, but I am not sure I like it.

The Archduke Trio is certainly a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal

  What saddens me, mon ami, is that you have what is arguably the greatest stereo recording of that music drama in your collection: the Bohm Tristan '66  from Bayreuth with Nilsson and Windgassen. So I doubt its the recording that has caused so much discontent.   :(

A Sea Symphony and Symphony of a Thousand are certainly masterpieces, but I am not sure I do not like them   :P

Schumann's Violin Concerto should be a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal

Tchaikovsky Polish 3rd Symphony is probably or certainly not a masterpiece, but I like it a great deal   :D

Bach's Mass in B Minor is certainly a masterpiece, but I am not sure I like it.

Pärt's Tabula Rasa is certainly a masterpiece, and I like it a great deal.

Barber's Symphony No. 1 is probably not a masterpiece, but I like it a great deal.
