Such a great work, one of my favourite comparatively recent discoveries (thanks to Colin of this forum). Very many thanks for posting. Nice to hear another performance rather than my fine old Ancerl Supraphon CD.

Thanks! Indeed one of my alltime favorites: grand and grim, tragic ... but ultimately very "satisfying", even uplifting.

let's hope that the Hamlet improvisation and the Reflections ( Nine miniatures for orchestra, Op. 49 (1963–64) also get a new performance!

The most moving section, for me, is when it starts to slow down towards the end.
