Around 21 minutes.  It has since been added to box sets.
Yes, I have that - a charity shop bargain for £1.  Try finding the timing anywhere on the CD cover! (which seems to be a rather weaselly feature of a lot of these short-running discs.)

Adams is all over this thread . . . a whopping 33-minute album:

I considered posting that myself. It's short measure even for the pre-Brothers in Arms era.

A few months ago, from the same local store, I bought the Kronos Quartet's Piazzolla record, clocking in at 26:46. In its defense, the amazon review indicates it was originally offered at "reduced price."
