Hello, everyone. I've been a regular visitor of these pages for a while now. I've really enjoyed coming here. As I'm fairly new to classical music I'm not sure if I'll be able to contribute anything. However, this is a great place for reading and learning about music. Chamber music, string quartets, Haydn being favourite genres/sections, I found it very helpful and enjoyable to read the chamber music and the Haydn threads. Thanks for that!

Greetings,

Hello and welcome. If you are interested you will definitely learn a lot here; they are quite knowledgeable people here and friendly too so just ask  :)

Thank you! I will remember that.

Welcome, Camphy! I hope you will enjoy your time here!  :) The realm of "classical" music is a seemingly endless and complex landscape.
The only great drawback advantage with GMG is that one tends to gather many, many recordings as time goes by.  0:)
