I guess I'll give this another shot since I'm much more familiar with Langgaard's oeuvre since my last posting (in no particular order):

Symphony No. 6, "Det Himmelrivende"
Symphony No. 4 "Løvfald"
Sfærernes Musik
Rosengaardsspil
String Quartet No. 2

My new list:

Symphony 4: 'Fall of the Leaf'
Symphony 6: 'Heaven-rending'
The Music of the Spheres
Sinfonia Interna (has one of the most beautiful openings known to me)
Symphony 10

Caesar (SA) and I are pretty much in agreement.
:)

Indeed. His SQ cycle is outstanding.

The Symphony 5 is, indeed, a fine work.
"Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm" (Churchill).

'The test of a work of art is, in the end, our affection for it, not our ability to explain why it is good' (Stanley Kubrick).

I know I liked it, but I don't recall it so well. I need to refresh my memory.
