Watching the 9 1/2 minute Duke Ellington 1935 film "Symphony In Black", built around his composition "A Rhapsody of Negro Life".

Its actually really well made and inventively shot. And includes a young Billie Holiday in a bit I'd seen excerpted before.

Where else can you hear a medley of Stravinsky and the Mahavishnu Orchestra?

In this day and age, the name of this 1973 single-disc release is confusing. I kept getting notifications like 'Your Giant Box will be delivered today', and I kept thinking, 'What did I order a giant box of?', thinking it must be something I pre-ordered months ago.
