Kinda by that cruddy old mall? I used to bike down Hines Drive. Spent a couple years in Plymouth High School.

Yes. Near there, a little north. The Holliday preserve runs near Hines Park. I live on the edge of it.

I'm trying not to think about that one. I already have his Fidelio, Mozart Great Cm Mass, and studio Verdi Requiem. I don't think I like opera/choral music enough to get this. But if pressed to name a favorite (recorded) conductor, I'd probably say Fricsay, so it's still a bit tempting. Vol. 1 is fantastic, the best big box I own.

Living Presence 1 has been reissued.

The Seon box has been my biggest temptation recently, but I'm trying to reduce my Pile before I drop an 85-disc set on it.
I love opera and so far have none of his Mozart (nor his "Fidelio", if memory doesn't play tricks on me), so ... his recording of Mozart's Mass in c minor however - holy crap, that is some seriously good stuff!

I'm aware of Living Presence 1 having been reissued, but the price never went down below the customs demarcation mark since I've been eyeing it, alas ... (same for the big Richter box, it was there *almost* a couple of times, but never quite low enough - hate those protective taxes so-called "liberal" politicians - we're talking yurp here - love to keep in place).

The Seon, on the other hand, isn't that tempting to me - now don't ask why, some of this evades rational explanation as we all know  8)

They are not quite Mega but on my list are the Silvestri Box (I have been postponing this for several years) and Rosen's (here I already have most of what is most important to me therefore I hesitate).
I definitely have too much of both Fricsay boxes already, so I will skip them.
I have been listening to the Silvestri. It's a great box! Always interesting, always at least good, often great.
