Well, most of us who love great music would not call your symphony "epic."  For  truly epic music, listen to (for example) Mahler's Symphony #3 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1AwFutIcnrU .

Also, your musical idea is a little on the conventional side.  I challenge you to come up with something truly original, something that defies convention yet means something deep to you, yourself as an individual.  To do this, you need to know what's been done before, so some directed listening might help.
