Any views on the Kid's Company collapse? Probably only of interest to UK members:

3m for 600 paid employees is not really all that much. Did they actually use the payment for that? In any case, clear the writing was on the wall considering their cost base and the terrible need for money. I think the government should have cut their losses earlier, but I don't know the politics behind this group.
