We've had a top 'organ moments in orchestral works' thread but this is not quite the same thing. One bonus choice allowed  :):

Malcolm Williamson: Organ Concerto

Poulenc: Organ Concerto

Copland: Symphony for Organ and Orchestra

+ Saint Saens: Symphony 3
"Courage is going from failure to failure without losing enthusiasm" (Churchill).

'The test of a work of art is, in the end, our affection for it, not our ability to explain why it is good' (Stanley Kubrick).

Varese's Ecuatorial has a prominent part throughout for organ (and piano, and two ondes martenots--four keyboards!  Sounds like overkill, but it works). 8)

the Saint-Saen, of course

several of Handel's ....

Saint-Saëns, who predicted to Charles Lecocq in 1901: 'That fellow Ravel seems to me to be destined for a serious future.'

the phone rings and somebody says,
"hey, they made a movie about
Mahler, you ought to go see it.
he was as f*cked-up as you are."

Thanks for the replies  :).
I've just ordered a CD with the Saint -  Saens and Poulenc coupled together, uniquely I think. It is a great programme.

Poulenc - Organ Concerto
