I have not heard this before, but it sounds French - some late Baroque dance suite or divertimento. Much music was written in this style, among others by Joseph Bodin de Boismortier (1689 - 1755). I do not think, it is modern pastiche, even if it might be.
Reality trumps our fantasy far beyond imagination.

A filmscore for one of the many Musketeer films... Which one? I dont know. Sorry.
