Change time zone settings?

Is it possible to change time zone settings so I can view this forum as if I am in GMT+11? (That's daylight savings time)

This forum probably has the most personal preference options I've seen on classical music forums but....

Other forums I've been on enable this option. If this one does, I can't find how to do it.  :-X

Click on "Profile" then "Look and Layout" (under Modify Profile) which gives you options to set the time (including "Time Offset...Auto Detect" that usually works).
