I almost bought the first volume of Rowland's a few years ago when I was interested in this music. But I refrained because of the doublings with the better known suites (of course he mixes them as well) and decided that I did not necessarily need all that stuff.

For general information, there seem to be the following suites beyond the 1720 (HWV 426-433) and the 1733 (434-442)

HWV 443: Suite in C major
    Composed: circa 1700-3
Notes: Includes Chaconne (of which there are 26 variations).
    HHA edition: IV/17

HWV 444: Partita in C minor
    Composed: circa 1705-6
    HHA edition: IV/17

HWV 445: Suite in C minor
    Composed: 1705-6
    HHA edition: IV/17

HWV 446: Suite for 2 harpsichords in C minor
    Composed: circa 1703-6
Notes: Music for only one harpsichord survives.
    HG edition: 48
    HHA edition: IV/19

HWV 447: Suite in D minor
    Composed: circa 1738-9
    Notes:
        Written for Princess Louisa.
Companion to the Suite in G minor (HWV 452).
    HG edition: 2
    HHA edition: IV/6

HWV 448: Suite in D minor
    Composed: circa 1705-6
    HG edition: 48
    HHA edition: IV/17

HWV 449: Suite in D minor
    Composed: circa 1705
    HG edition: 48
    HHA edition: IV/17

HWV 450: Partita in G major
    Composed: circa 1700-5
    HHA edition: IV/17

HWV 451: Suite in G minor
    Composed: circa 1703-6
    Notes: Allemande and Courante only.
    HHA edition: IV/19

HWV 452: Suite in G minor
    Composed: circa 1738-9
    Notes:
        Written for Princess Louisa.
Companion to the Suite in D minor (HWV 447).
    HG edition: 2
    HHA edition: IV/6

HWV 453: Suite in G minor
    Composed: circa 1705-6
    HHA edition: IV/17 and IV/19

HWV 454: Partita in A major
    Composed: circa 1703-6
    HG edition: 48
    HHA edition: IV/6

HWV 455: Suite in B flat major
    Composed: circa 1705
Notes: Keyboard version of Ouverture in B flat major (HWV 336) and Suite in B flat major (HWV 354). [This orchestral suite is probably from an opera for Hamburg]

As one can see, two of them are "late", the short suites for the Princess 447 and 452, the others all very early, one was for two harpsichords (probably to be played with a pupil) and one is an arrangement. I am also pretty sure that some of the d minor suites contain earlier/alternative versions of pieces that show up in some of the "mature" d minor suites.
And then there are another 150 HWV numbers of shorter Clavier pieces...
