My favorite american composers so far:

  • John Cage
  • Morton Feldman
  • Eliott Carter
  • Steve Reich
  • John Luther Adams
But Ives is also great...

My recent discovery was Kamran Ince. Very interesting turkish-american composer, indeed. Especially his second syphony should attract more attention.
