Hello everybody, fan of Monsieur Croche joining the party

Finally, I found the place where Monsieur Croche and several others, once great posters from another classical music forum, are still active.  Yes, I'm a fanboy, but don't call me a stalker.
A little about myself: I'm an amateur fond of 18C music, and I have been writing old-style pastiches as a hobby. I think I was doing great until I came across with MC's large volume of posts lecturing on finding one's own voice. Thanks to him, I stopped any further attempt to piece up faux Mozart, and now start to take the art a bit more seriously.
That being said, I look forward to interacting with everyone on this forum and hopefully I'll learn something new from every post I read.
