Haven't listened to this in many decades, since the day when I had it on vinyl:

You know, I have that album (All Things Must Pass), but I have never listened to it. One of those strange gaps in my listening. Need to rectify that soon.

But as for what I am listening to:

Strange, I was only listening to bits of that album the other day. I have always liked it.

Barrett/Syd Barrett.

Syd could be fun. I got the MP3 download of the Crazy Diamond box. 8)

I expected to enjoy this revisitation (only in part out of nostalgia) but the fact is, I find it an enormously gratifying listen.

Both albums are superb! IMO, both McCartney and Ringo's first albums take a back seat to these two.

Dude, that's a killer album. I forget how I ever found out about it but I used to listen to it a lot back in high school (~10 yaers ago). Completely forgot it existed.

Their second album, Schwingungen, is also great in its own way. No Schulze as he was sacked for refusing to stick to drums but some insane vocals from John L. and wild effects. 8)

Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

Popol Vuh - Affenstunde. Florian Fricke makes bleeps on the Moog synth he later played on Tangerine Dream's Zeit album before giving up and selling it to Klaus Schulze. Several sheep were harmed in the making of this record. :P

Although I remember a time when its airplay saturation was obnoxious, it is one great single: Joe Walsh, "Life's Been Good."
