First spin.

I like this, a style influenced by Hendrix but smoother and more tuneful.

Love this album...

The man that hath no music in himself,
Nor is not moved with concord of sweet sounds,
Is fit for treasons, stratagems, and spoils.
The motions of his spirit are dull as night,
And his affections dark as Erebus.
Let no such man be trusted.

A great one. I've been in love with her music ever since discovering Happy Woman Blues in a cutout bin in a record shop circa early 90s. Bought it on the strength of the title and the cover image (and the cheap price  ;) )

the phone rings and somebody says,
"hey, they made a movie about
Mahler, you ought to go see it.
he was as f*cked-up as you are."

I am sure that you know that the band fought hard with the record company in order to keep their recordings issued in mono for as long as possible.
