It's unfortunate that they chose such a weak track one, because that aside its a superb compilation of mostly classical traditions.

Bluegrass is the 74th solo studio album by American singer-songwriter Willie Nelson, released on September 15, 2023 through Legacy Recordings. Produced by Buddy Cannon, the album is Nelson's first full album of bluegrass music and contains twelve reinterpretations of songs from Nelson's back catalogue.

Willie Nelson late career has been a blossoming of new work. Since 2017's God's Problem Child he has released 13 new recordings.

God's Problem Child (2017)
Last Man Standing (2018)
My Way (2018)
Ride Me Back Home (2019)
First Rose of Spring (2020)
That's Life (2021)
The Willie Nelson Family (2021)
A Beautiful Time (2022)
I Don't Know a Thing About Love (2023)
Bluegrass (2023)
The Border (2024)
Last Leaf on the Tree (2024)
Oh What a Beautiful World (2025)

And the amazing thing is that he is in good voice, and the overall quality o the music is very high.

Camel's 1984 album Stationary Traveller, which I'd never heard of before.

Unlike most of the stuff the Youtube algorithm offers me this looked interesting, and turned out to be so. From the Wikipedia entry:

"Like much of Camel's output, it is a concept album, in this case centering on the trials of East German refugees attempting to cross the Berlin Wall from East Berlin into West Berlin. The album also touches on the theme of politics between the two different government ideologies. "

I first came across a Pictures at an Exhibition performed by Emerson, Lake & Palmer in the early seventies. At that time my main interest lay in rock music, and it was very likely this discovery that set me on the path toward a deeper appreciation of serious music. Today, after a very long interval, I listened again and was astonished by how fresh and powerful the recording still sounds. One would never guess it was made more than half a century ago. That is precisely what makes it a genuine masterpiece, entirely beyond time.

Spatial distortion is a serious problem deteriorating headphone listening.
Crossfeeders reduce spatial distortion and make the sound more natural
and less tiresome in headphone listening.

1979 to 1987, quite a run of perfect albums. 8)
Interesting! A fellow composer is a fan of the band, but I have yet to investigate.

TD:
A couple of weeks ago, I turned my physical therapist on to Peter Gabriel's second solo album ("Scratch") so yesterday we pivoted perfectly naturally to Robt Fripp's 1979 album Exposure. In the first place, it made just the impact upon him which I anticipate, and in the second, it brought me back to New Jersey in the early '80s when I first fell in love with the album, myself. And as a consequence, I have listened today not once but twice to the bonus CD of alternate takes, which pretty much duplicates the flow of the officially released album. Good God, ain't it a beauty!

If you like Joy Division, you will, I think, like at least that New Order album.

After this album New Order came into its own and, at least in my opinion, surpassed Joy Division artistically, but I am in love with production. :)
