Good heavens, it's a good thing you don't live in the country that's got Trump for its head of government/head of state, and a party that combines center-right and far right in an uneasy coalition.

That is indeed a blessing. The absence of any real left wing option would also perturb me!

So glad young people have seen the need to register to vote and then actually vote.

Overall turnout was better than expected, a decent 69%, and much better than the 50% expected among young people, but it was not 72% among them as stated by some media just after the election
