iStemihan Taviloğlu (15 April 1945, Tekirdağ - 17 March 2006, İzmir) was a Turkish composer and music educator. He is known as the first Turkish composer to compose a clarinet concerto. A founding member of the musicology department at the Ankara State Conservatory, Taviloğlu taught solfeggio and harmony at the institution for 20 years and is known as a teacher of all musicians who graduated from the conservatory.
