Should be an easy one. Is this Prokofiev?

Hi, Can you help me identify this music?
I first heard it many years ago as (I think) the theme music for some earnest BBC news documentary. Heard it again this week and managed to grab it (badly) and thought I must hear it properly.
Can you identify it please?

Brilliant. Thanks very much. Just listened to the whole thing. What a great piece of music.

Was the BBC's 'Panorama' theme in the 1960s - I remember it from my childhood.
