Unlike many of the others posted here he does at least look a bit familiar but not sure who he is.

Thanks for the clue. I have to confess, however, that a Google search for 'pupils of Cesar Frank' didn't help much. He is clearly not D'Indy or Duparc although the search did bring up an Italian footballer!

That gave it away...a knew Argentina's probably most famous composer, Alberto Gibnatera, studied at the Alberto Williams conservatory in Buenos Aires.

Alberto Williams's son Amancio was an important architect in his country.
