Having Trouble with Talk Classical

I just signed on and noticed that the very top of the screen where I get my notifications is does not show. (see attached) I also now see that I cannot reach the area where I normally post in the "Computer Talk" thread. That's why I"m posting in this thread. I don't know if anyone else is having problems but I'm confused because I've never had a problem like this before. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

He goes to the same address, and finds himself in an identical building, in an identical apartment, except a beautiful girl lives there and doesn't understand why there is a drunk guy in her apartment. There was also the drunk guy who in the midddle of the night was was forcing the keys of his home into a lamp post. A passer-by tells him: go away, man, there's nobody home! The guy replies: yes there is, don't you see there's light on the first floor?
