We have a tie. I suggest that the tie breaker be the number of distinct members who voted for a work.

Round Five is complete, and we have a tie for the 3rd slot.  When a situation like this occurs, I always move forward the tied entries.  At this point, that will mean that 31 works will be in the finals.
