Is no one else here fond of Mozart's D major Prussian Quartet?  I'm surprised that I'm the only one who's supported it.

I don't want too much Mozart in the final round to split the vote. I've saving my points for the last Prussian Quartet, which is coming up, I think.

I'm fond of the work, but I prefer the Beethoven, Smetana and Ravel quartets.

I actually played it as recently as yesterday, but that's the damnable part of this game. Being pulled in so many different directions. I was delighted to get K 465 into position anyway. :-\

I've actually not voted for my 2 favourites, since they are already heavily supported. Allows me to keep a few others in contention  ;D.

Ah, okay.  I quite like the work, so I don't feel I wasted points by awarding it some, as a token of my respect for it.  You're all correct that there's no way to support everything we love.

Hopefully, we can support all the works we love the most.  Wouldn't it be great to be looking at a list of 20 works that we couldn't live without - that would be a true challenge.  Actually, I can and will make that happen.

Ken B

So far I must say the lists making the finals in these games have been pretty good. Not perfect but entirely respectable.
