Fazioli piano. I really don't like them, they're too bright and loud.

Very uncomfortable pews.

Well behaved audience which reinforced all the stereotypes which Eaton Square conjures up for people who live in London. Maybe 150 people max.

She plays symphonically, colour is a big part of what she does. This worked best in Schumann's fantasiestucke I thought, basically I thought she was at her best in the Schumann, at times she was impressively  fierce and free. Though I have to say that Fantasiestucke seems not a cycle to me, and it may not be a good idea to programme the lot in the same concert. 

She was introduced as a specialist in Mozart and Chopin. She played Mozart 310, using lots of modern piano sounds. I really don't think that a Fazioli is a good instrument for Mozart. Her conception is that the sonata is essentially elegant and classical salon music. Not my thing, that way of playing Mozart.
