A very delightful CD IMO.

Like the previous releases in that series, the Onslow is excellent.

The samples sounded good, and since there are not many such CD'S around I picked it up.

Yes just because the previous Onslow's were so good, this 4th volume came as a welcome visitor.

Just bought:

I was incredibly impressed with this duo of Shirai/Holl in the Schoenberg and Berg recordings and the Strauss sounded equally as lovely.

Not so much "annoy" as "completely bemuse".

Just bought:

I didn’t own a recording of Arabella and when going through this particular discography, it seemed that there haven’t been a whole lot of performances. The roster of vocalists here is certainly noteworthy and Sawallisch is always a reliable Straussian. This recording of various lieder with Tilling really hit the spot when I did a sampling of the album. She has a gorgeous voice.
