Bach

I love the "Triple"concerto, so far far away from all the ugliness in the world. The harpsichord concertos are never played with more inner feeling than on these recordings,an everlasting joy.

Bruch, Max (1838-1920) - Violin Orchestral Works, as shown below on 3 CDs in a CPO box as single jewel cases and complete booklets; new recordings from 2013-2015 w/ Antje Weithaas on violin and Hermann Bäumer/NDR Radiophilharmonie - new arrival in excellent modern sound and an orchestra to match the violinist; a criticism against the older recordings of Accardo w/ Masur which is in my collection - time to cull or not? These newer Weithaas performances have received excellent reviews (a little equivocating by Jerry Dubins?) which are attached for those interested.  Dave :)

Best way to wake myself is old renaissance to clearly Baroque  instrumental keyboard music, lutes suites, Theorbos like in consort music(love this hudge looking lute, look similar cousin instrument called: a theorbe in French, in the morning. healthy black coffee capuccino, and a cigarette in the morning have routine at daen opening my windows for natural chromatic lights of the sun whit keyboard music in a broad way, like, Spinet, Harpiscord, and finaly more apealing more powerfull in keyboard musics, Organ musics works, but I respects my neighbors, early in morning, at dawn, sunrise I do this routine, very harmonic, and good for waking up like Organ especialy. put volume to near minimal , my sound gear can go to 0- to 27 at 27 maximun it's not cool to do this, only if your some fools, I know the wall are less thick nowaday, in working classe  districts to slight upper class.

So these days to be clear I'm exporing Azzolino Della Ciaia, Frecobald, Merulo Organ works, spledid jobs for  Tactus label whit Claudi Merulo & Azzolino Della Ciaia, Frescobadi and ect.

Before receiving my box-set of in complete Organ works 18 CD, this is insane and a lot of music for a life time, By Ton Koopman, one of the ultimate box-set for Organ player, J.S Bach Keyboard monoliths & behemots wich  will be baptised in because since I have fews albums will I flip out receiving 18 CD's of material of one of best interpret Ton Koopman, darn this recording most be hudge, it was recommended by one of J.S Bach, fan here some year ago, but woulf noyt listen, never have such nad impressive Box-set an all instrumental, the bigger I had were 12-15, 16 way too much, most had become affected by J.S Bach Effect, and he king of Organ, probably so since alway. Darn, so worried , how will I have time to listen to this work of COMPLETE ORGAN works, dammit someone , respond to this, was unlighten, perhaps the best instrumental set for me. There were cheaper complete Organ works of Johann Sebastian Bach but this one was more pricy more preniem, you know me when searching for best.

So please respond in horde did I strike an Eagles whit this purchase  box-set releasem so glad I could not fit it, in lastest purchases, had to tell GMG menber?

I want to know is Ton Koopman complete organ work 18 CDs this is at least 18 hours of music his a good move, this is what I thinks personally.  :P

Vg album. I slightly prefer the Melodya/Vox recording to this one. I "think" your recording is the first or 2nd version and the Melodya/Kakhidze is the final version.

A little dark. Btw, I checked the Resit Rey recording you purchased, and I really like it.

Ms Kopatchinskaja and Mr Say work well together, and this concerto written by him for her, is a corker.  Her style, unsurprisingly, works perfectly, and the energy, vitality, and quasi-exotic soundworld only adds to the allure.  The Alla Turca Jazz and Patara Ballet shows Say's affinity with K331 - which is reinforced by the sonata starting his complete sonata cycle later - and a level of inventiveness that beguiles.  The Summertime Variations also work well, and the other soloists, band, and conductor all acquit themselves nicely.
