Actually now that I remember there is one voice I was crazy about a few years ago. She is not really much on youtube any more (long story) but I found a video of her voice.

Very high pitch + very soft = ultimate seductive.  0:)

Anyone know the accent though? Is it British? (she was in Japan at the time so i don't know her nationality)
