Health Care Workers Strike in the UK

I've been noticing articles about various health care workers striking in England over pay with some unions accepting the government's pay raise offer and others rejecting it.

Wondering how (or if) these strikes have effected any members here?  Either in terms of problems in getting health care appointments, etc., or you or someone you know who works in the health care system and your/their concerns about low pay and/or trying to deal with patients in the current conditions?

Would be interested in hearing your thoughts.
