Yes. The backward time warp is akward... It's surprising how much happens in a couple of of days...

Thanks for asking. I could recover some files by using a special software.
Sorry to hear that; perhaps if you went into a computer store (after calling to see whether or not they're open and how they are operating of course).  You might be able to recover more?  I'm sporadic about backing up myself...sometimes regularly, sometimes not, so I'm not critical.  I suspect that a lot of us can relate to you.
