There doesn't happen to be a recording or book with them all in? Odd question I know...

I guess it isn't complete, but I bought a good compilation in "The unknown Beethoven" in Berlin Classics, that was later reedited by DG for the Complete Beethoven Edition.

Even if they are not the best Beethoven, they can be quite amusing to listen to.
